The SPOZ2 register

A SPOZ2 file tells humans and AI what software is supposed to do. The register gives a project a public card: what it declares, what has been checked, and how current that evidence is, per exact revision. Not a quality score.

How it works

Your CI runs a small advisory reporter: it submits declaration metadata, typed check outcomes and a dependency-coverage summary. It never blocks a release, and it never uploads invariant text or source code.
You choose the current revision explicitly; the card presents evidence for exactly that revision, and says so when evidence is missing or stale.
Publishing is explicit: you preview exactly the public fields first. A licensed square-pearl device carries a QR code to the card's stable URL.

The SPOZ2 format is open and the tooling is free: spoz2.do.
